Michael Cocozzo is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for RedBox Storage, a Brookfield portfolio company located in Hong Kong . Since joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Cocozzo has been part of the US Alternative Real Estate group, covering various sectors including self-storage, senior housing, and manufactured housing. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked at Rouse Properties as part of their portfolio management group.
Mr. Cocozzo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
