Hidenaga Suzuki 鈴木 秀長

Hidenaga Suzuki has over 15 years of experience in the self storage industry, holding various leadership roles. He began his career at Palma Co., Ltd., a company specializing in self storage business solutions, where he served as Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and eventually President and CEO. During his tenure, he was involved in the operation of self storage facilities, property development, and new business consulting. He later became President and CEO of Nihon Personal Storage Co., Ltd., overseeing the management and operation of owned properties and investor development. Currently, he serves as President and CEO of Japan Trunkroom Co., Ltd., which operates Japan's largest self storage search portal site. Additionally, he is a director of the Rental Storage Association. Throughout his career, Suzuki has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the self storage business, including facility development and sales, as well as investor cultivation. He provides comprehensive advice to operators on topics ranging from store openings to customer management and offers guidance to suppliers on service development. Furthermore, he has consulted for several companies from other industries considering entry into the self storage sector.
