Ihao Tei 鄭イハオ

Ihao Tei, Head of Investments for the Japan Group at StorHub, is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in the self-storage industry. As a key leader at StorHub Japan, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment strategy in Japan, driving investments, and managing portfolio growth.

Prior to joining StorHub, Ihao was part of the real estate fund management team at Asset Management One, where he provided gatekeeping services for multiple Japanese institutional investors, overseeing real estate fund investments across the US, Europe, and the APAC region. During his tenure at Heitman, he played a major role in self-storage investments, leading joint venture formations with partners in Australia and Japan.

Ihao holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington. Fluent in English, Japanese, and Putonghua (Mandarin Chinese), he brings a global perspective to the self-storage sector.

ーとして、投資戦略の策定・推進およびポートフォリオ運用を主導しています。

StorHub入社前は、Asset Management Oneの不動産ファンド運用チームに所属し、日本

の機関投資家向けにゲートキーピング業務を提供。米国、欧州、アジア太平洋地域にわた

る不動産ファンドの選定に携わりました。Heitman在籍時には、投資事業部のメンバーと

して、オーストラリアおよび日本のセルフストレージパートナーとジョイントベンチャー

を設立し、共同投資を推進しました。

米国ワシントン大学にて物理学の学士号および応用数学の修士号を取得。英語・日本語・

普通話（標準中国語）に堪能で、セルフストレージ業界に国際的な視点から貢献していま

す。
