Satoru Abe

Satoru Abe has been a key figure in Japan’s self storage industry for over 18 years.
He began his career at an architectural agency before joining Sanei Seisakusho Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of steel products, including steel partitions. During this time, he played a crucial role in planning and developing new sites for self storage operators.
In 2013, he spearheaded the spin-off of the business division, establishing San-ei Planning Co., Ltd. Since then, he has worked with over 70 self storage operators, contributing to the development of more than 350 facilities and over 30,000 storage units across Japan. His expertise in site planning and development continues to shape the growth of Japan’s self storage market.

おもにセルフストレージ運営事業者の出店開発におけるプランニング業務に従事しました。
2013年に事業部門を独立し株式会社 三栄プランニングを設立し、現在までに70以上のセルフストレージ運営事業者、延べ350店舗以上、30,000室以上のセルフストレージ店舗の開発に携わり、現在に至ります。
