Terry Ku

Terry Ku is co-founder of EliteSys, which provides intelligent automation solutions for the self-storage industry, integrating AI-powered facility management system and IoT technology to redefine storage experiences. Together with cost-optimized hardware manufacturing in the Greater Bay Area, EliteSys provides end-to-end integration. Terry also has entrepreneurial experience in managing over 70 storage facilities in Greater China, therefore, equipping EliteSys with an authentic operator mindset.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and brings over a decade of experience in investment banking and real estate finance, blending financial and quantitative insight with operational excellence.
