Thiago Cordeiro is an entrepreneur from São Paulo, Brazil, who, coming from humble beginnings, has always stood out for being driven by his passions and his desire to take on great challenges. Before founding GoodStorage, in 2013, with the goal of transforming urban mobility through the logistics of goods and access to spaces in Brazil, Thiago built a solid career in the real estate sector. Since 2003, he has held positions at prestigious institutions such as Credit Suisse and BTG Pactual, and was a partner at Bracor Real Estate Investments. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Administration, Finance, and Strategy from the same institution, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Currently, Thiago is the founding partner and CEO of GoodStorage, providing urban storage solutions for individuals and corporate clients, with a primary focus on São Paulo, the largest business hub in Latin America. The company is also the leading self-storage provider in Brazil with the support of Evergreen Investment Advisors, a global fund manager with approximately US$6 billion in assets on behalf of the Washington State Investment Board. In addition to his role at GoodStorage, Thiago serves as the president of ASBRASS (Brazilian Self Storage Association), an organization dedicated to promoting sector representation and development. He is also a board member of Vila 11, a company specialized in residential rentals, also invested by Evergreen.
Thiago’s mission is to contribute to more efficient, prosperous, and inclusive cities by enhancing urban mobility and access to spaces, helping businesses grow sustainably and enabling individuals to organize their lives more effectively.
