Hubin possesses extensive knowledge about investing in key real estate markets in Asia including Greater China, Japan and Singapore. As a partner, he is actively involved in the development of the company’s investment and financing strategies and portfolio management activities, and leading execution of investments and advises the portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining Crane Capital, Hubin worked for a global real estate investment firm where he was working on the execution of multi-billion dollars in properties and real estate companies across various sectors in Japan, US and Greater China.

Hubin speaks Chinese, Japanese, English and Korean fluently.
