Hans Pearson is CEO of The StoreLocal Group, a nationwide Australian self storage investment and operations business.
StoreLocal manages 25 stores, with a presence in all major markets in Australia. Hans is responsible for the strategy and management of the group and leads the growth of the business through development and acquisition of stores, and third party management of independent stores via the StoreLocal operations platform.

Hans is a 2021 Board Member-elect for the Self Storage Association of Australasia, representing large operators.

In 2020, Hans launched the StoreCast webcast series. StoreCast is a series of interviews with industry members globally which are shared openly with the industry as a way of collectively sharing experiences throughout the challenging COVID Pandemic period.
