Mr.[B] is formerly known as Mr. Bodeguitas, a dynamic and vertically integrated company that develops, owns, and operates 18 state-of-the-art storage facilities with over 6,600 units and 66,000m² of NRA across four Latin American countries: Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Mr.[B] is proudly the only Latin American platform operating in four different countries, setting a benchmark in the region.

Under Federico's leadership since late 2011, Mr.[B] has become a trailblazer in the self-storage industry. Over the past 13 years, he has assembled a multidisciplinary team that has propelled the company to the forefront of the Central American and Caribbean markets. Mr.[B] is not just a leader; it's an innovator, winning the prestigious International Facility of the Year Award from Modern Storage Media four times.

Looking ahead, Mr.[B] is on an ambitious growth trajectory. The company is currently developing five additional facilities, which will add another 2,400 units and 21,000m² of NRA within the next 24 months. This expansion is part of a strategic plan to achieve a portfolio of 120,000m² of NRA by 2030, solidifying Mr.[B]'s position as the leading self-storage provider in the region.

Federico is an industrial engineer with a Master of Business Administration.  He’s also an influential figure in the broader self-storage community. He has been a speaker and moderator at numerous industry events in the United States and Spain, sharing his insights and expertise. Additionally, he co-founded and presided over the self-storage association in Guatemala for over six years, up until 2021.
