Patricia Goh

Ms Patricia Goh is CEO, Southeast Asia, and Head of Self-Storage and Wellness for CapitaLand Investment. She oversees CapitaLand Investment’s Southeast Asia investment team, as well as the CapitaLand Self-Storage Venture, CapitaLand Wellness Fund and CapitaLand SEA Logistics Fund.

Patricia was previously the Head of Group Investment at Frasers Property Limited where she assisted the Group CIO in formulating and leading the team in executing the Group’s corporate and investment strategies.

Patricia also helps to explore new business initiatives that can grow into new strategic capabilities for the Group such as PropTech investments and was a Board of Director of JustCo (Singapore) and Cohesion (US), Frasers Group’s investee companies, to provide strategic guidance to its respective management teams in formulation and implementation of their business plans.

Patricia brings along with her over 15 years of direct investment, M&A, asset management and leasing experience across multiple asset classes and geographies and has executed more than S$16b worth of transactions over the years.

Patricia holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Sociology) from the National University of Singapore.
