Raju Ruparelia

Raju Ruparelia is the CEO of StorHub Group, a leading provider of self-storage facilities across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. He joined the company in 2024 to lead its next phase of growth.

With over 20 years of experience in business growth and transformation, Raju has a proven track record of driving success. Prior to his current role, he served as the Senior Managing Director and Head of APAC Private Capital at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board (OTPP). There, he oversaw the firm’s direct private equity investments across the Asia Pacific region, with notable real estate-related investments in companies such as DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Princeton Digital Group.
