Tan Lai Seng

Tan Lai Seng has about 20 years of experience in real estate investment and 10 years of hotel operations in Japan as CapitaLand’s Managing Director for Japan and Regional General Manager for Japan and Korea for CapitaLand’s hospitality arm Ascott, respectively. He retired from CapitaLand group in 2024 and is currently holding advisory positions in Extra Space Asia and other real estate investment and management companies in Japan.
